This Return Policy applies to video editing services provided by Shiphreldhun. Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, this policy addresses refunds, revisions, and service satisfaction.
All service packages include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included number may be subject to additional fees. We work closely with clients during the revision process to ensure satisfaction.
If you cancel your project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit or payment made, minus any administrative fees that may apply.
If you cancel your project after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work completed. You will be charged for the portion of work already completed, and the remainder will be refunded.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our video editing services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to address concerns. Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
